OUR PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESS
Each centre will be allocated a link to share with parents to register there child for photos. If they do not register they will not be photographed without parents consent.
We start photographing at 8:30am (flexible) of children who have registered for photos. Generally we start with the younger kids and work our way through to the older kids. If you have opted for outdoor area photos we will photograph in play area that is appropriate.
If you have chosen backdrop...this will be setup indoors.
Generally photos should be finished before lunch and nap time,
If the centre has a large number of students, photo day will be spread over 2 - 3 days depending on numbers.
As a THANKYOU, staff will receive complimentary staff headshots in digital format and one print 5x7 of each staff member
and group photo.
DOES THE CENTRE HANDLE PAYMENTS OR CASH?
All orders are processed exclusively through our online ordering system, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. With no cash handling involved, you can enjoy a convenient and secure transaction process.
WHERE DO WE TAKE PHOTOS?
Generally we do outdoors with age appropriate play area. This will be in shade areas to produce that nice natural light as seen in the photos. If its raining we can do photos under cover or postpone.
However if you prefer backdrop we will bring that along and setup.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes we have public liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
DO YOU HAVE WWCC?
Yes Kathy and her assistants all have working with children checks.
WHEN DO WE BOOK?
Dates are selected to suit your centre.
DO YOU SUPPLY PROMOTIONAL FLYERS/POSTERS ETC?
Certainly! We actively promote the opportunity by distributing both physical posters and flyers. Additionally, we provide digital flyers that can be easily shared with parents.
WHAT IF CHILDREN ARE ABSENT?
We typically arrange a makeup day in around two weeks for all children who were absent or unwell.
HOW LONG DO THE PHOTOS TAKE?
3-4 weeks from the time photos are taken. Parents will collect from centre.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR THE PHOTOS
Photos will be ready for collection by parents from the centre within 3-4 weeks of being taken.

WHAT IF CHILDREN ARE ABSENT OR SICK?
We typically arrange a makeup day in around two weeks for all children who were absent or unwell.

Please notify us straight away via email or phone number.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SIBLINGS?
Yes absolutely. Families need to register all siblings.
HOW MANY PHOTOS ARE TAKEN?
Generally we take about 5-10 and choose the best out of them. Please keep in mind some children are camera shy more than others, but we will try our very best to capture their little personalities.
HOW DO WE PAY?
All payments are done online. All details will be on the registration form. Affordable packages to suit all family budgets.
WHAT TO WEAR FOR THE PHOTOS?
We suggest avoiding wearing large logos, writing or big bold patterns. We want to focus on your child's beautiful face!
Remember photos are not about fancy clothes but rather their personality, smile, joy and expression.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH CLASS PHOTOS?
Yes we do for the older kids (3yrs and up) traditional group sitting photo or a composite, for the younger kids we do a composite style class photo. ( this is decided by The Manager at Your Centre)

WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY CHILD?
Registration gives us permission to photograph your child. If you do not register photos will not be taken. Registration is required for each sibling.
